Our client, a growing company, is seeking a young candidate to join its team. Location: Cape Town, Macassar Requirements: Minimum N6 Mechanical qualification Relevant trade test qualification Minimum of 1 – 3 years working experience in site installations, manufacturing & assembly. Strong basic technical and engineering abilities. Proven manufacturing skills, troubleshooting abilities and engineering knowledge. Demonstrate leadership through effective interaction and communication with clients, peers and members of supervisory and management levels. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings Must be physically fit and able to work at heights and in confined spaces Sound understanding of an array of tools and technical equipment. Proficiency with both hand tools and machine tools is fundamental to the role. Microsoft Office Intermediate Valid and unendorsed Code 08 drivers license About: Good communication skills Afrikaans and English Must be able to work with minimum supervision Strong leadership and communication skills Strong hand-eye coordination with a mechanical aptitude. Enjoy practical and manual work, and be able to work in a pressurised environment Excellent observational skills. Self-motivated and meticulous attention to detail Proactive and excellent problem-solving skills Flexibility and adaptability think on your feet. Deadline driven. Adhere to safety protocol. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively must have sober habits Willingness to work overtime when required Must be a team player Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 depending on qualifications and experience How to apply:
