Prepare and review design drawings, reports, and specs across multidisciplinary teams Perform heat-load calculations & design analysis (SANS, EN, ASHRAE) Support senior project leaders and manage a small draughting team Take projects from concept to completion Attend client meetings and coordinate on-site activities Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Building Services Strong HVAC experience, especially chilled water systems Technical report writing & project management skills Revit, AutoCAD, HAP, and MS Office proficiency Team player, independent thinker, ready to travel Qualification: B.Tech / B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered Contact MALIEKA DAWOOD on
