Job Summary

Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a relevant tertiary qualification Construction or built environment experience is essential Must have strong administrative experience Previous experience within a legal firm is advantageous Must be proficient in English and be able to work autonomously The successful candidate will be responsible for: Completing on clients purchases and related sale files and communicating effectively with clients, developers and lenders via email and telephone. Carrying out pre-completion searches and ordering completion mortgage monies from lenders. Using the Land Registry portal to carry out priority searches and bankruptcy searches. Submitting relevant documents to Help to Buy and lenders, as well as drafting and filing Stamp Duty Land Tax returns. Working with the accounts team with regards to sending funds. Assisting completion teams with workload. Dealing with lenders requirements after completion and dealing with deeds after completion. Liaising with clients and lenders prior to completion to finalise accounts and to generally deal with completion of a transaction. Redeeming lenders charges, balances to clients and settling estate agents fees after completion. Dealing with department administrative tasks. Managing own workload and being the point of contact for clients from exchange to post-completion. Assisting with registrations where required. Please note that subsequent to the screening and shortlisting process, all further communication will be entered into, only with the shortlisted candidates
