Required: 5 years in process engineering, CI or operational excellence in FMCG, Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments Proven experience in leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and related methodologies Degree in IE, Process Engineering, Operations Management or related field Project Management certification is advantageous (PMP, Prince2, Agile) Key responsibilities will be: Mapping, analysing and redesigning processes to improve efficiency, cost and quality Facilitating workshops and design sessions to ensure stakeholder buy-in Delivering process improvement projects on time, within budget and with sustainable business impact Embedding Lean and CI practices across operations Drive adoption of redesigned process through training, coaching and change management Championing automation and digitization opportunities Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
