Job Description

As a Procurement Administrator , youll take ownership of the end-to-end clearing, forwarding, and procurement support processes . From managing container schedules and tracking shipments to ensuring accurate costing, documentation, and reporting youll be at the heart of keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Capture and process purchase orders , manage monthly container schedules , and update bank documents. Track and place shipments while liaising with clearing agents. Execute clearing and costing functions, check invoices, and handle claims. Manage stock ageing , forecasting, and supplier information. Contribute to procurement projects and reporting on freight rates, costs, and global trends. Collaborate with management across the business to meet procurement needs efficiently. 🧠What Youll Need to Succeed: 5 years experience in procurement, logistics, or clearing & forwarding. Matric essential , tertiary qualification in Procurement / Supply Chain advantageous. Intermediate Excel skills and solid understanding of import/export processes . Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. ERP experience is advantageous. Why Join This Team?
