About the Role

The Procurement Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes, working closely with suppliers to resolve queries and ensure accurate documentation is submitted on time. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and GRNs
  • Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate, complete, and filed within required timelines
  • Capture and maintain data on Syspro, including orders and stock codes
  • Verify that orders, pricing, and quantities match supplier documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve pricing, quantity, and delivery queries
  • Support credit requests and returns processes
  • Ensure all documentation is submitted to finance within required deadlines
  • Maintain control sheets and tracking for items sent to suppliers
  • Assist with weekly creditor payments preparation
  • Support general procurement and stores administration
  • Monitor and enforce process compliance and “first-time right” principle
