Job Description

Employer Description This company undertakes a wide range of international interior design projects, including commercial, hospitality, and residential developments. Job Description Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for: Assisting in coordinating design work between the Interior Design team, CAD drafters, and visualisers Ensuring all design elements are accurately documented and fully integrated into project deliverables Preparing drawings, specifications, and comprehensive documentation packages Coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors Sourcing materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) Monitoring project schedules and ensuring timely submissions and deliverables Supporting site visits and overseeing installations to ensure the design intent is properly executed Maintaining project records, the materials library, and all related documentation Ensuring compliance with project requirements, budgets, and quality standards Qualifications National Diploma in Interior Design or higher Skills Proficient in technical design software, including AutoCAD
