Job Description

Minimum Requirements Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying 5 to 8 years experience within a construction company Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and MS Project Strong numerical ability , attention to detail, and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills Professional command of English (written and verbal) Ability to work under pressure , manage deadlines, and take initiative Duties: Prepare tender documentation and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities, for public and private sector construction projects Accurate and timeous submission of monthly valuations, including variations, site instructions, and claims Measurement and valuation of work completed on site in collaboration with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors Valuation and certification of subcontractor claims on a monthly basis Control, evaluation, and approval of project variations, liaising with clients and subcontractors Preparation of subcontractor appointment and contract documentation Support the procurement process by assisting the buyer in negotiating competitive pricing and favourable terms with suppliers
