Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that specialises in connecting top talent with opportunities in the fleet management, logistics, and transportation sectors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent acquisition, highly organised, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment that values innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities Identify and engage top talent across various job roles, particularly within the fleet, logistics, and transportation industries. Utilise job boards, databases, and networking strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates suitability for roles. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and sourcing strategies. Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent sourcing. Key Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in candidate sourcing tools, job boards, and LinkedIn. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR is an advantage. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is preferred. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
