Cape Town City Centre: Regional Operations Manager – Western Cape

Key Responsibiities Oversee and coordinate activities of all branches in the region. Provide leadership and support to Branch Managers to achieve sales and profit targets. Set and implement short- and long-term goals with Head Office. Monitor branch performance, review sales figures, and address issues promptly. Conduct regular branch visits to assess operations and resolve problems. Act as the main communication link between Top Management and Branch Managers. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures. Collaborate with senior management on product, sales, and marketing initiatives. Desired Experience & Qualification 5-year Mid to Senior Managerial experience in Electrical wholesaling Relevant Tertiary qualification Proven sales & operational management experience Good people management experience Experience in dealing with customers
