About the Role

AccessAbility Talent Connect is seeking a skilled Remote Level 3 IT Support Engineer / Infrastructure Specialist to join our active talent pool pipeline for future client deployments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support in complex business IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and resolve escalated incidents from L1/L2
  • Advanced Windows Server & Microsoft 365 administration
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy & access control
  • Network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls)
  • Virtualization support (Hyper-V / VMware)
  • Backup, disaster recovery & endpoint security oversight
  • Infrastructure optimisation & technical documentation

Requirements

  • 4 years’ Level 2/3 IT Support experience
  • Strong server, networking & security knowledge
  • Experience in corporate or MSP environments
  • Ability to work independently in remote settings
