This position reports to the National Risk and Security Manager. Key Responsibilities: Manage Risk across Transport, Logistics, and Fleet operations Oversee Security and Service Providers Plan, design, and implement risk management strategies Conduct regular audits of operational processes from a risk perspective Perform daily risk assessments and evaluations Produce risk and security audit reports Develop and maintain a Business Continuity Plan Drive loss control, exception management, and investigations across regional sites Build intelligence networks to identify high-loss areas and implement corrective measures Manage on-route risk and dashcam operations, including affiliated providers Oversee the complete Health & Safety function in line with legal and COVID protocols Proactively identify and address risks within Logistics and Fleet management Engage regularly with operational managers Qualifications & Experience: Risk Management qualification 57 years of Middle Management experience in Risk Management within a Logistics or Transport environment Forensic qualification and/or experience advantageous Exposure to Health & Safety management
