Cape Town City Centre: Sales Manager / Director

Skills & Experience At least 10 years in B2B technology or SaaS sales, ideally with international exposure. Strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proven ability to close large, complex enterprise deals. Experience leading and motivating high-performance teams. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of ERP, eCommerce platforms, or integration technologies is a plus. Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales strategies. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce advantageous. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Take full ownership of sales and revenue growth. Identify and win enterprise-level accounts through proactive engagement. Build, manage, and report on a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Create and refine scalable sales frameworks and processes. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Marketing & Positioning Oversee marketing strategy and execution in partnership with the Marketing Manager. Align campaigns to support growth objectives and customer acquisition. Strategy & Financials Collaborate with the CEO to set annual sales and marketing targets and budgets. Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates on performance and progress. Contribute to broader business planning and decision-making. Collaboration & Market Insights Work closely with technical and customer-facing teams to ensure solutions meet client needs. Keep a close eye on competitor activity and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
