About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research and optimization roadmaps
- Optimize content and digital presence to boost AI and LLM brand references
- Collaborate with web developers on technical SEO requirements
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and social media content
- Maintain brand voice and ensure content drives engagement and authority
- Monitor search rankings, website traffic, user engagement, and AI-specific mentions
- Produce actionable reports and insights to maximize visibility and lead generation
- Analyze competitor performance and identify market trends and opportunities
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
- SEO or digital marketing certifications are a plus
- 35 years experience managing SEO strategy, content optimization, and copywriting
- Strong copywriting skills and experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and social media content
- Proven ability to improve organic search visibility and generate high-quality leads
- Analytical mindset, innovative thinking, and ability to work independently
