Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS Relevant degree All round senior experience in marketing management Communication and people management skills need to be of a high standard with strong emotional intelligence Deadline driven environment requiring experience to be solutions driven in a high-pressure global FMCG enterprise DUTIES Relationships management with of distribution teams and inhouse executives Develop brand strategy for the regions market ensuring everything is aligned with multiple stakeholders Marketing management working with Distribution Teams establishing brand planning for deadlines in order to drive best performance in SA market Engage with business managers ensuring timing is ad hearing to from all perspectives Sign off on marketing brand strategies Execute and drive commercial and brand equity results Manage marketing brand cohesion and consistency and Activation excellence Analyse marketing results driving improvement and supply Best Practice excellence to the region Alongside the Market Director, evaluate competitive activity and performance in the market-place Create initiatives for smaller brands Support day-to-day marketing Distributor brand managers across the portfolio Ensure that distributor presentations and reports meet company standards
