Key Responsibilities: Execute functional, manual, and automated testing across multiple software applications. Collaborate with development and business teams to define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria. Track, document, and report on software defects and provide actionable feedback to development teams. Ensure adherence to QA best practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the software lifecycle. Maintain and improve testing tools, processes, and procedures, including Selenium, Jira, and TestRail. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Relevant tertiary qualification (BSc or equivalent) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Experience: 34 years experience in software testing (manual, automation, and functional). Experience in logistics, retail, or supply chain systems is highly advantageous. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. Skills: Solid understanding of software development and QA methodologies. Practical experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Jira, and TestRail. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
