Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Support and execute debt financing transactions, including market research, financial modeling, and feasibility analysis. Conduct initial credit and financial analysis to guide decision-making. Prepare and present transaction reports, credit papers, and financial analyses. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout transactions. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely internal reporting. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Build strong client relationships to ensure smooth transaction execution and ongoing engagement. Qualifications &

Requirements:

Degree with strong academic background in finance (essential). Newly qualified CA(SA) or CFA Level 3 (preferred). Proficiency in financial statement analysis, modeling, and stakeholder communication (essential)

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Structured Solutions Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Provide transaction and middle office support to ensure smooth operations and efficient presentation and execution of debt financing transactions. Conduct market research, financial modelling, and feasibility analysis. Conduct initial credit, financial and data analysis to support decision making process. Prepare external presentations, internal credit papers, external credit information, data analysis, and financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Present transactions to the deal forum and our client`s committee, under the guidance of the Senior Structured Solutions Transactor. Maintain CRM with details of meetings, relevant opportunities and action items. Review and prepare accurate and timely internal reporting, as defined or required from time to time. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as front office teams, risk management, finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the transaction lifecycle. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, market conditions and client dynamics. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, to ensure smooth transaction execution and relationship development. Skills: Exceptional communication both written and spoken (essential). Proficient in Microsoft Excel (essential). Qualifications: Degree-educated with strong academic results and financial background (essential). CA (SA) newly qualified or CFA Level 3 (preferable). Familiar with financial statement analysis, financial modelling, stakeholder management and communications(essential). National Credit Act, JSE listing requirements, securitisation regulations, secured and unsecured borrowing and lending agreements (beneficial). Audit experience in financial institutions team (“FIST”) (beneficial).
