About the Role
The Corporate Quality department is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to establish and develop a globally oriented quality management system that supports sustainable company-wide quality initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and continuously improving a quality management system based on the ISO 9001 standard and global standards, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system based on DIN ISO EN 9001:2015
- Plan and execute quality assurance activities to ensure ongoing improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve quality objectives
- Conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Manage documents and control records
- Develop and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)
- Support the introduction and further development of a quality management system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of common quality management/assurance methods, including DIN ISO EN 9001:2015
- 3-5 years relevant professional experience in Quality Management
- Leadership skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Sound project management knowledge and experience
- Ability to write high-quality reports
Qualifications
- B-Tech in Quality Management (desirable)
