About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Production Trainer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive learning and development initiatives that support the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and planning all learning and development initiatives including but not limited to Apprentices, Graduates, Learnerships, In service trainees and all learning interventions for all Employees at the Operation.
- Identify, arrange, track and implement all learning and development interventions as required by the operation.
- Develop and update training manuals and materials.
- Present theoretical training and facilitate practical training sessions.
- Conduct assessments of candidates on Can making equipment.
- Identify, analyse, plan and implement training needs.
- Training evaluation and administration.
- Keep abreast of technology and changes in processes through close working co-operation with all Technical and Operational teams.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Formal 3 year degree
- 2 years experience in training Production staff
