A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Sales / Admin BASIC SALARY : Market Related START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role (preferred) Strong administration skills (advantageous) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and close sales effectively Strong organisational and time-management abilities Basic computer skills: familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Experience with Pastel essential Passion for sustainability and environmentally friendly products (beneficial) DUTIES: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the companys products Send regular emails to the customer database, segmented by customer type Maintain the accuracy of database lists and actively grow the contact base Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions to increase sales Close sales and process orders accurately using Pastel Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp and other digital platforms Liaise with operations to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and on time Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offering Assist the Sales Director with daily administrative tasks to support smooth operations HOURS: Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
