Job Summary
Requirements:
Diploma in Aviation, Engineering, Education, or a related field. AME qualification is advantageous Proven experience as an Aviation and UAS Communications Operator or Technician, preferably with experience as an instructor. 5 10 years experience Familiarity with UAS software platforms. Proficiency in using simulation software and other training aids for UAS instruction. Experience in ERP systems and logistics software Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, CAA part 145) In-depth knowledge of UAS datalink and aviation communications systems, telemetry data interpretation, and mission planning. Strong instructional and communication skills, with the ability to effectively teach and mentor diverse groups of learners. Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment methodologies. Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in UAS operations and training. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of UAV Systems, components and logistics challenges specific to the industry.
