In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a detailed understanding of construction processes, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure their alignment with project goals
• Direct and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project status
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
• High-rise buildings, medical projects or life environment experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
