Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Courier Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient collection and delivery services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving the overall performance and profitability of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations including dispatch, deliveries, and collections.

Ensure all parcels are processed, sorted, and delivered on time and in line with company standards.

Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff to achieve operational excellence.
-
Monitor and improve branch performance in line with KPIs such as delivery timelines, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Manage client relationships and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.

Implement and enforce company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures.

Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and forecasts for the branch.

Drive business growth through effective resource management and operational improvements.
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 5 years experience in courier, logistics, or transport operations (management level preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
-
Sound knowledge of logistics systems, routing, and delivery operations.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Computer literate (MS Office and logistics software).

Valid drivers licence.
