ProStaffSelect are in search of 2 x DEMI CDP’s to assist with daily mise en place for Hot and Cold production. REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years work experience in a 5* hotel or FINE DINING restaurant structure Cheffing qualification with a recognised institution Very good personal hygiene as all chefs work at open counters which are visible to guests Good knowledge of all cookery methods and a genuine passion for culinary arts Excellent communication skills in English Well organised, efficient and clean working chef Knowledge of stock and wastage controls
