Role Purpose:
You will develop and manage engaging digital content and campaigns that highlight our properties, drive enquiries and support leasing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality social media, website and digital advertising content.
Manage social media calendars and content distribution.
Support SEO, email campaigns and digital performance tracking.
Produce visual assets including photography, videography and design.
Monitor analytics and recommend optimisation strategies.
Collaborate with leasing and sales to align digital efforts with property objectives.
Requirements:
2-4 years experience in digital marketing or content coordination.
Strong creative, writing and visual communication skills.
Familiarity with social platforms, analytics tools and content-management systems.
Experience in property or real estate marketing is advantageous.
Basic video/editing software skills preferred.
