? Director of Sales Luxury Hotel ? Cape Town, Western Cape ? Office-based Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to join a luxury hotel brand with ambitious expansion plans across Sub-Saharan Africa. This pivotal role will lead the launch and ongoing sales strategy for three new lodges in Greater Kruger, as well as properties in Maasai Mara, Serengeti, Botswana, and Zambia. Requirements Proven experience in luxury hotel, lodge or resort sales across Sub-Saharan Africa Diploma or certificate in Sales & Marketing or Hotel Management Exceptional writing, presentation and communication skills Creative thinker with a flair for original ideas and strategic planning Ability to lead teams, work under pressure, travel frequently, and overcome challenges Minimum 5 years in senior sales roles within luxury hospitality This role is perfect for a strategic, results-driven sales leader who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving revenue, and contributing to exciting new luxury lodge openings across Africa.
