About the Role
Profile Personnel is seeking an experienced National Recruitment & Training Manager to join their team in Johannesburg (Woodmead). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring that the overall national recruitment needs and training objectives for the group of companies are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in terms of recruitment of human resources to meet the requirements of the various areas of operation.
- Anticipate manpower needs and ensure availability of high calibre manpower by advertising vacancies, sourcing CVs through various platforms, assessing CVs, etc.
- Manage progress of recruitment against EE targets.
- Facilitate implementation of training and development programmes by conducting skills audits, identifying training courses, etc.
- Implement training initiatives in line with SDL statutory requirements and other, including assisting with the implementation of learnerships and bursaries to meet social and community development initiatives.
- Promote a good company image to expand the business in the region in terms of Company strategy.
Requirements
- Industrial Psychology qualification or LLB with focus on Labour Law.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, and Skills Development Act.
- Recruitment and selection of staff experience.
- Computer and good administration skills required.
- Valid driver’s licence as travelling to various areas of operations will be required.
