Requirements

What Youll Do

As the Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant, you will:

• Take the technical lead across Dynamics 365 CRM, specialising in the Service Module

• Design, build, and enhance CRM solutions that simplify processes and delight users

• Develop and automate workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps, etc.)

• Architect and support integrations with external systems

• Apply your SSIS knowledge to support data migration and ETL processes

• Act as a trusted advisor, using your technical insight to help the business extract maximum value from the Dynamics ecosystem

• Work independently, solving challenges and delivering outstanding technical outcomes

What You Bring

8+ years of technical experience in Dynamics 365 CRM
Strong background in the Service Module
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps)
Integration expertise with external systems
Understanding of SSIS and data processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to think critically, troubleshoot creatively, and work autonomously
