This customer-facing role combines reception duties with hospitality, ensuring all members, guests, and event attendees feel welcome and supported. Key Responsibilities: Greet members, guests, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor Handle check-ins/check-outs, calls, emails, and inquiries Assist with workspace bookings, meeting rooms, and events setup Support event coordination, workshops, and community initiatives Maintain tidy and organized front desk, shared spaces, and office supplies Monitor security and access to the workspace Act as custodian of the member platform and internal communication Requirements: Strong customer service skills with a hospitality mindset Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to multitask and stay organised Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and booking platforms Professional appearance and demeanor Experience in hospitality, customer service, or coworking environments preferred Event coordination experience advantageous Package: Salary: R15,000 R20,000 per month (negotiable, DOE) Flexible hours including weekends and evenings depending on events Access to workspace amenities and professional development opportunities ?
