About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead their Cape Town branch, driving business growth and ensuring profitability while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will report directly to the CEO and oversee a team of professionals, including account managers, sales specialists, operational staff, and administrative personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
