This is a live-in position with a salary of R35,000 R40,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all culinary operations across three restaurants and a food truck.

• Develop menus that reflect creativity, seasonality, and high culinary standards.

• Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent delivery and professional development.

• Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in all kitchen areas.

• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships efficiently.

• Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and culinary initiatives.

• Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining quality and cost control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a multi-outlet or high-volume environment.
