Job Summary
Group HR Manager required for a reputable construction company based in East London
The Group HR Manager will be a key leader, responsible for overseeing and coordinating HR functions across multiple locations or business units. This strategic role requires a seasoned professional with a mature approach to human resources management. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in a similar role, combined with strong leadership and a deep understanding of HR practices in both local and multinational contexts.
Requirements:
- 8 years + experience fulfilling a senior HR related role ESSENTIAL
- 3 years + experience fulfilling an HR related role within the construction industry ESSENTIAL
- A strong personality with the ability to take control and guide the HR function across South Africa.
