About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our team at SD Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying organisational staffing needs, roles and responsibilities, as well as leading end-to-end recruitment activities. With 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our clients and ensuring that we deliver high-quality recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify organisational staffing needs, roles and responsibilities
- Develop, review and manage job descriptions for new and existing positions
- Lead job evaluation and grading processes
- Coordinate recruitment approvals and manage end-to-end recruitment activities
- Liaise with HR partners and recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective appointments
- Provide HR support on matters such as promotions and position regrading
Requirements
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (NQF 7)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources role
- Proven experience in workforce planning and organisational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong project planning and delivery capability
Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (NQF 7)
- Registration with a recognised professional HR Body – SABPP registration
- Experience working within a large or complex HR environment
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and systems (including SAP HR)
