About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager to join our team in Cape Town’s City Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering high-quality customer service, and experience in the interior design / decor industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and prepare quotations
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage orders and coordinate with operations
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate administration
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
Requirements
- Strong CRM and quoting system experience (e.g. Odoo or similar)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Experience in the interior design / decor industry
- 3+ years in internal sales / customer service / account management
- Strong communication and administrative skills
