About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our respected FMCG team in the Western Cape. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile IFRS-compliant financial information and annual financial statements
- Monitor monthly trial balances, balance sheet reconciliations, and forecasting processes
- Provide tax reporting and cash flow management
- Oversee debtors and creditors, and maintain fixed asset registers
- Develop and guide a high-performing finance team
Requirements
- BCom qualification
- CA(SA) qualification
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar financial management role
- Experience within an FMCG environment is advantageous
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications: BCom and CA(SA) qualification
