About the Role
A career opportunity is available for a Financial Manager within a strong FMCG and operations environment in the Western Cape. This position involves overseeing financial and management accounting functions to support operational performance and strategic decision-making, driving business growth through effective budgeting and forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including operational and CAPEX planning
- Ensure accurate and timeous financial reporting
- Oversee month-end processes
- Analyse performance against budgets
- Support cost control across operations and projects
- Collaborate with senior management to drive efficiency improvements
- Ensure strong internal controls and data accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom)
- Registered as a Chartered Accountant (SA) (CA(SA))
- Registered with the Association for Accounting Technicians of South Africa (ACMA)
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar financial management role
