Job Summary

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.Design and develop bespoke safari itineraries tailored to client preferences and interests.Ensure itineraries align with company standards and showcase the best of South Africas wildlife and natural beauty.Handle all reservations for accommodations, activities, and transport. Maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers to secure the best rates and services.Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for potential clients. Ensure all costs are accounted for and presented transparently.Coordinate transport logistics, including vehicle allocations, transfers, and internal flights if necessary.Ensure all transport arrangements are safe, reliable, and timelyServe as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their safari. Work closely with the headquarters team and local partners to ensure smooth operations.Contribute to the development and growth of the South African branch.Manage operational budgets and financial records. Prepare regular reports on operational performance and client feedbackQUALIFICATIONS The job holder should have the following qualifications. Relevant bachelors degree.Proven experience in safari tour operations within South Africa. (5+ years) Strong knowledge of South African safari destinations, wildlife, and the tourism industry.Proficiency in relevant software for itinerary planning and reservations.Valid drivers license and ability to travel.
