Hire Resolves client in the logistics industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Key Account Specialist in Blackheath, Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain key client accounts, building strong relationships.
- Understand client needs, anticipate requirements, and ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee account administration, workflow, and communication with internal teams.
- Drive account growth through strategic planning and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with client needs and operational capabilities.
- Monitor account progress, provide reports, and manage service-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven 3PL industry experience managing key accounts.
- Strong ability to build and maintain key client relationships.
- Track record of driving growth within existing accounts.
- Solid understanding of warehousing, inventory, and shipping processes.
