This executive-level role is perfect for a dynamic, visionary individual with a deep understanding of luxury travel markets, brand storytelling, and high-end hospitality.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence locally and internationally, with a strong focus on revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

? Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy with consistent brand messaging

? Drive global and local awareness through digital & traditional campaigns

? Generate publicity opportunities and manage media relations

? Oversee brand collateral, signage, and internal stationery

Manage content creation (blogs, social captions, website copy, newsletters)

? Lead social media strategy, paid campaigns, and community engagement

? Maintain and optimise website performance in collaboration with developers

? Grow online audiences and increase direct bookings

Design and distribute impactful newsletters and promotional mailers

? Monitor marketing trends to inform strategy

? Promote brand messaging across all channels trade, PR, direct, events, digital

? Manage hosting of journalists and influencers, ensuring ROI and brand alignment

?? Liaise with PR agencies and coordinate press releases

? Ensure brand consistency with design and visual teams

? Support crisis communication when required

? Continuously review and refine the brand strategy in line with company values

Requirements:

? Minimum 3 years experience as a Marketing Manager in luxury hospitality or travel

? Proven background in the luxury sector is essential

? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

? Confident in engaging with guests, stakeholders, and shareholders

? In-depth knowledge of luxury consumer behavior and strategy

? Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

? Genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience
