Job Summary
I have a NetSuite Administrator position for a fixed term contract. The success incumbent will be responsible for managing and maintaining the NetSuite system and to ensure transactions and data adhere to all statutory and company policy rules and regulations. You must posses an understanding of accounting processes and procedures to be able to assist with the NetSuite systems development. You will also be responsible for configuration, on-going maintenance and integration with other systems.
Responsibilities:
Create and modify custom user roles to control access to information on the software Assign roles to users, determine what they can access and do on the system Liaise with end users to understand business necessities Provide technical assistance to end-users, manage training sessions on user adoption Main point of contact for NetSuite Support Develop, document, and follow formal policies, procedures and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPI`s, and dashboards Assist with NetSuite systems development, configuration and on-going maintenance and improvements and integrations with other systems Review guidelines and user documents relating to finance systems and processes and recommend updates where necessary Record, test and implement process improvements
Requirements:
Must have Bachelor`s Degree in Finance or Information Systems, NetSuite Certifications Must speak English and one other South African Language, good communication skills Understand accounting processes and procedures, experience working on accounting / enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Solid understanding of the NetSuite ERP system, including its modules, features, functionalities, and best practices Strong Computer Skills (MS Office Suite, NetSuite Financial User) Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
