Operations Consultant Travel Agency | Cape Town Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Consultant to join a dynamic travel agency in Cape Town. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support sales and operational teams while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Requirements: Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to adapt to change and embrace new processes Excellent customer service, communication, and people skills Ability to remain calm and think quickly under pressure Desire to make exploring remote destinations accessible for guests 12 years experience in travel or customer service preferred but not essential Key Responsibilities: Qualify new enquiries before introducing them to the sales team Support sales with post-booking processes Liaise with supplier partners to maintain high service standards Respond to guest enquiries and ensure seamless pre-trip experiences Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate trip details Ensure all lodges, trips, and experiences meet brand standards Stay up to date with developments across destinations, including properties, management, health advice, and flight connections Contribute to the ongoing development of the company brand and customer experience initiatives Package: Salary: R25,000 R28,000, negotiable depending on experience Hybrid working environment (two office days per week) 21 days annual leave (increasing after 3 years) Day off on your birthday Generous maternity and paternity benefits Travel credit after five years of employment Access to reduced rates at hotels and lodges across Africa, Asia, and Latin America To apply, please send your updated CV, reference letters, and qualifications Please note: Only candidates meeting the listed requirements will be contacted.
