Job Description

About the Role

Kethelo Group is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pickers and Packers to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and Packing:
Accurately pick products from inventory shelves based on customer orders or packing lists.
Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transportation.
Label packages correctly and ensure that all items in an order are accounted for.
Order Fulfilment:
Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
Organize and prepare orders for dispatch or delivery.
Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy in order processing.
Stock Management:
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory.
Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Organize stock in designated areas and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
Warehouse Operations:
Follow all established warehouse processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physical stamina to lift and move products as required
