About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Porter/Driver to join our team at a luxury hotel & estate in Constantia, Cape Town. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have a memorable stay. With your warm demeanour and attention to detail, you will help maintain the high standards of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Transport guests to and from the hotel in a safe and courteous manner.
- Provide information about the hotel’s facilities, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and vehicles.
- Assist with room deliveries and special requests as needed.
- Ensure the hotel’s vehicles are well-maintained and report any issues promptly.

- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
