Job Summary
Hire Resolve is seeking a talented and experienced Programme Manager – PR Architect to join our client’s team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing architectural projects from conception through to execution. This position requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of architectural principles, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire architectural project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to meet project objectives.
- Managing project scope, schedule, and cost effectively.
- Conducting feasibility studies and site assessments.
- Developing and managing project timelines and budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Leading project teams and facilitating effective communication.
- Preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
- Mentoring junior architects and team members.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Registered with relevant professional architectural body minimum of 3 years
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects especially in the Healthcare Sector.
- Strong understanding of construction and architectural regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
