We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s team as a Property Finance and Leasing Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of property finance and leasing operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and budgets for properties
– Coordinating lease agreements and renewals
– Conducting market research and analysis to determine property values and rental rates
– Handling tenant inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
– Assisting with property inspections and maintenance coordination
– Collaborating with property managers, landlords, and tenants as needed
– Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Property Finance and Leasing Manager
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or related field
– Previous experience in property finance, leasing, or related field preferred
– Strong numerical and analytical skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in property finance and leasing
