Job Description

Are you looking for an amazing opportunity in the Retail Industry where you can learn and grow? Responsibilities: Accurately record all cash receipts and payments in the cashbook Prepare and reconcile bank statements Process and allocate funds for various expenses and invoices Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in cash transactions Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial information Adhere to relevant laws, regulations and best practices Requirements: Proven experience as a Cashbook Clerk or similar role Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures Proficient in using accounting software and Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Accounting or related field diploma or degree Previously worked in retail environment Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
