About the Role
Dante Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager with Quantity Surveying expertise to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring commercial management is accurately implemented.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction sites to ensure timely completion and compliance with project specifications
- Conduct regular quantity surveys to identify and manage costs
- Develop and implement commercial management strategies to optimize project profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve site-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and cost management
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years experience within the construction industry, with proven site/project management exposure
- Candy / CCS experience is essential
- PMP accreditation is a requirement
- Solid hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying and commercial management
