About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Dealer Principal to lead a high-performing, independent pre-owned vehicle dealership that forms part of a reputable and well-established motor group. Key to our success is finding someone who can oversee all dealership operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency, while driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all dealership operations
Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
Manage stock acquisition, pricing, and valuations to protect profit margins
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Implement strategic sales and business growth plans
Ensure seamless coordination across all departmentsfrom the showroom to aftersales support

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ recent experience as a Dealer Principal or in a Senior Management role within a corporate-owned motor dealership
Proven track record of success in a high-volume sales environment
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Proficiency in dealer management systems such as Kerridge, CDK, Drive, or Autoline

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
