From guest arrival to departure, the Butler creates moments that surprise, delight, and exceed expectations. Key responsibilities include: Deliver a bespoke guest experience at all times Provide hands-on service across reception, concierge, in-room dining, lounge, reservations and guest relations Anticipate and respond to guest requests promptly and professionally Build meaningful guest relationships by remembering names, preferences and special requirements Maintain accurate guest history and preferences on hotel systems Support lounge operations including breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail service Ensure immaculate presentation, mise-en-place and service flow Assist with billing, cash handling and daily sales summaries Control stock, minimise wastage and conduct regular inventory checks Uphold hygiene, food safety and health & safety standards Maintain exceptional grooming, conduct and service etiquette Stay informed on hotel offerings, city attractions and events Actively participate in training and continuous service improvement Who they’re looking for: 2–3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or F&B service Qualification from a recognised hotel management school (advantageous) Butler Academy training (advantageous) Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, wines, spirits and luxury dining etiquette Confident, polished and service-driven personality Computer literacy (hotel systems experience advantageous) Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage) If you are a highly professional, detail-oriented hospitality expert ready to deliver world-class service, this is the role for you!
