About the Role
We are seeking a polished and confident hospitality professional to join our boutique hotel team as a Junior Receptionist/Relief Night Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering seamless check-ins, smooth departures, accurate billing, and stepping into night audit when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver seamless check-ins and smooth departures for our guests
- Accurately process bookings, payments, and billing
- Manage day shifts and relief night audit as required
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues
- Perform cash-ups, reconciliations, and reporting as needed
