Job Description

Business Unit: Motus Car Rental Reporting to: Regional Manager: Sales Location: Cape Town Europcar is currently seeking a highly driven, client-centric professional with the ability to effectively coordinate and support the sales team and office, while driving service excellence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the team while managing client interactions, overseeing administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role requires a proactive individual who takes ownership, demonstrates initiative, and consistently delivers results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Job Outputs Provide support for the sales team members. Make and administer reservations as per customer requirements, going the extra mile to successfully meet customer requests for vehicles. Prepare quotes, proposals, pricing and tenders, etc. Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports. Investigating and providing timely feedback on queries, billing errors and accident claims. Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive and professional interaction. Ensuring accurate record keeping of all pricing and sales activity reports, including the timely submission thereof. Loading Purchase orders, petty cash claims, fuel and all other offices expenses. Overseeing marketing supplies and distribution of them Other sales coordination and general administrative duties as required. Minimum Requirements Grade 12. Drivers license (Code 8). Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) – minimum level of acceptable competency is Intermediate. Previous exposure to major RFPs and tenders required for Sales. Personal attributes Interpersonal skills, ability to interact with and build relationships with internal and external customers. Pleasant telephone manner, excellent communication skills (written and oral). Strong planning and organizational skills. Drive for results and self-development evident. Able to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines. A team player with a positive attitude. Customer focus and the ability to demonstrate initiative. Good analysis, judgment and problem-solving skills. Sales orientated: understanding customer and market dynamics, competition, sales principles and processes. Meticulous attention to detail, precision and accuracy in all tasks undertaken. Able to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, assertive and resilient.
