About the Role
The iLembe: Reception / Booking Consultant role is a vital part of our team, responsible for managing bookings and guest expectations in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Reception / Booking Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Making bookings online, telephonically, and for walk-in guests
- Managing guest expectations professionally and efficiently
- Liaising with owners and contractors
- Basic bookkeeping, including capturing payments
- General admin with an understanding of basic accounting principles
